The room was very clean. the 24-hour front desk was helpful. They answered all my questions.
The tv remote did not work. they changed the batteries, it still didn't work. Also the building has a weird layout where to get to the reception you have to carry your bags up the stairs.

the room was nicely decorated and spacious with a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The tv remote didn't work. I asked at reception and they changed the batteries, it still didn't work. the price seems very high when basic things aren't functional. the smells were intense, and some were too much for me.

I found my room clean and cozy. the balcony overlooked a quiet courtyard. fresh towels was daily, and the room décor pleased me. i liked how the hotel maintained a consistent, pleasant scent. It was a nice detail.
